The standard thread sizes available for rock drilling rods include R32, R38, T38, T45, and T51 to suit various machinery and operation types.
We offer five main types of rock drill bits: cross bit, button bit, drop center button bit, retrac button bit, and drop center retrac button bit, satisfying different geological requirements.
Button bits range from 51mm to 127mm in diameter, whereas cross bits range from 50mm to 65mm in diameter.
Self Drilling Anchor Bolts are mainly applied in geotechnical stabilization projects, such as slope stabilization, tunneling pre-support, foundation micropiles, subway construction, and railway system safety reinforcement.
We offer extension rods, MF rods, and guide rods. Common length options include 3050mm, 3660mm, 4265mm, and 6095mm, allowing customization for different drilling depths.
Different gauge tooth angles (e.g. 30° or 35°) and button arrays (e.g. 6x11, 8x12) are designed based on the hardness of the rock. Drop center and retrac designs help with straightness and easy retrieval in soft or fractured ground formations.
