Our raw material originates from 320*480 large-section continuous casting billets, which are rolled into 150*150 square billets. Through precision-drilled holes and seamless pipe inserts, they are fabricated using robust 55SiMnMo alloy. The manufacturing workflow is comprehensive, covering steel rolling, forging, quenching, and tempering.

To accommodate different drilling scenarios, we offer diverse quality grades:

Extra-Excellent (QSAAA & GTIII)

Optimized for solid, highly abrasive rock formations (Level III or above, hardness coefficient f≥12).

Excellent (QSAA & G30)

Suitable for rock formations of Level IV or above, hardness coefficient f≥12.

Ordinary Grade

Configured for softer rock structures of Level IV or below, hardness coefficient f≤8.
