Q Why haven't I heard of your brand before?
We previously focused on domestic R&D and manufacturing, and only recently started listing on Alibaba after diversifying our product offerings.
Q What are your payment terms?
Payment is by TT, with a 30%-50% advance payment depending on the value of the goods. After receiving the deposit, we will begin packaging the goods and take photos or videos for you. Once we receive the final payment, we will begin shipping.
Q Do you offer customization?
We accept customization of both complete machines and custom parts. We will customize the entire machine to your specifications. If you require custom parts, we need photos and your ideas. We will provide drawings free of charge. You can choose to have them manufactured locally or have them processed by us.
Q What is your warranty period?
The entire machine's structural components and hydraulic components are covered for one year, excluding consumable parts.
